Each piece is thoughtfully made to order. We kindly ask that you review our timelines and policies before placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Each item is created especially for you once your order is placed. Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, which includes both production and shipping time.
We print on demand rather than in bulk to reduce overproduction. Thank you for supporting intentional, small-batch creation.
Can I expedite shipping or arrange local pickup?
At this time, we’re unable to offer expedited shipping or local pickup. All orders follow the same 5–10 business day timeline, so we recommend ordering with this in mind if you’re shopping for a specific date or occasion.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow the full 5–10 business day processing and shipping window before reaching out, and be sure to check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, our print partner will happily make it right at no cost to you. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, you may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery by contacting cheers@carolineellisart.shop. If the item is damaged, please include a photo in your message.
My order hasn’t arrived within the 10 business day window. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived after the full 10 business days, please email cheers@carolineellisart.shop. We’ll promptly reach out to our trusted third-party fulfillment partner, who handles all aspects of printing, packing, and shipping.
Kindly note that claims can only be submitted after the full 10-business-day window has passed. If your order is confirmed lost or damaged, a priority reshipment will be issued.
