About
Caroline Ellis is a Dallas native, lifelong artist, basketball fan, shoe enthusiast, and follower of Christ. Some of her earliest memories as a young artrepreneur include winning the Bike Rodeo drawing contest at Armstrong Elementary and launching a bracelet company in third grade. Her love for art continued to grow as she immersed herself in art and graphic design classes — from summer classes at SCAD to an oil painting course at the American University of Rome.
While studying Advertising and Business at the University of Texas at Austin, Caroline was accepted into the world-renowned Texas Creative portfolio program. There, her campaign earned a “Best in Show” award and her creative contributions steered a dynamic campaign for the Texas Men’s Basketball Team. During this time, she also worked in a growth marketing role at Mark Cuban Companies, where she elevated the branding presence of several Shark Tank-acquired portfolio companies.
Caroline combined her passions for art and entrepreneurship by launching her art business in 2019, which began with watercolor portraits sold to friends and family during COVID. Since then, she has continued to grow her brand, which was recently nominated for the Longhorn 100 — a distinction recognizing the 100 fastest-growing Longhorn-led businesses in the world.
Today, Caroline continues to expand her creative practice and business, selling art to thousands of clients worldwide and collaborating with iconic brands such as Nike, Nespresso, Urban Outfitters, Target, World Market, Saint Spritz, No. 3 Gin, and Framebridge. Her mission in every creative endeavor is to evoke a sense of nostalgic optimism while inspiring others to be their most unapologetic selves. To quote one of her creative idols, Virgil Abloh: "Everything I do is for the 17-year-old version of myself."
